Before use:

• Dip it in hot water for a few seconds to soften the strands and prevent them from breaking.

During :

• Whisk your matcha vigorously in an "M" or "W" shape until a nice foam forms.

After :

• Rinse it gently with lukewarm water
• Place it on a support (kusenaoshi) so that it keeps its shape
• Let it air dry, without storing it in a damp drawer

With minimal care, it can last you a long time and keep its shape intact.
